WHAT WE DO
NuBreed Academy is an elite basketball training program located in Central Kentucky. For 2023, NuBreed will be operating out of the The Oaks in Junction City. The Academy offers numerous programs for boys and girls of all ages and skill levels including private and group training, camps, clinics, travel teams and free Jr. NBA programs like Her Time to Play and the Jr. NBA Skills Challenge. Whether you are new to basketball or a seasoned player, NuBreed Academy can help take your game to the next level.

Nubreed Academy offers various camps and clinics dedicated to fundamentals (dribbling, shooting, etc) and skill work. Please see the Event section below to book current offerings.
ABOUT COACH BERRY
Clifford Berry has an unmatched passion when it comes to basketball that stemmed from his time as a youth player growing up in Danville. Coach Berry was a four sport athlete (Basketball, Football, Track & Tennis) at Danville High School. In 1998 he earned the prestigious 12th Region Player of the Year award and was a finalist for Mr. Basketball. He still remains one of the top scorers in school history and was inducted into the Danville High School Hall of Fame in 2017. After high school, Coach Berry played basketball at Berea College where he was a part of the 1999 NAIA Divison II Final Four Team and graduated from Eastern Kentucky University. Coach Berry returned to his alma mater as an Assistant Coach on the boys side for many years and eventually became the Head Girls Basketball Coach at DHS. Coach Berry is currently the Head JV Coach at Campbellsville University Harrodsburg and the Lead Varsity Assistant Coach for the Men's Basketball Team where they won the NCCAA Men's Division II National Championship in 2022. For over 10 years, Coach Berry has had the unique opportunity to coach boys and girls at the elementary, middle and high school level.
